Therapists. We do this through providing teaching opportunities on
Friday nights and the forums of our bulletin and website for promotion
of workshops, classes and services. Click

Kripalu Bodywork is a deep
eclectic massage that reflects a yogic approach to healing, emphasizing
the integration of body, mind, and spirit. With the help of relaxation,
breath awareness, and a meditative focus, natural vitality emerges,
releasing deep tension.

Phoenix
Rising Yoga
|
|
Phoenix
Rising is a beautiful system for the release of physical and emotional
tension. A Phoenix Rising session is a one-on-one session which last for
1.5 hours. The practitioner combines assisted postures and non-directive
dialog to guide the client toward the deepest connections of mind, body,
and emotion.
