Timothy Lamb has been studying and
practicing yoga daily since 2004 and became a Kripalu yoga instructor in
the summer of 2009. His classes have a strong emphasis on finding an
evenness of breath, body, and mind while incorporating Anusara inspired
alignment principles taught by his teacher Paulo Hudson. His class
offers clear instruction in pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation
(breath awareness), asana (physical posture), and guided relaxation; not
necessarily in that order.
