Every Friday Night (except for dates noted), enjoy a
Kripalu Yoga Class, taught by a different teacher each week, with themes noted below. The class includes yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation, and is often followed by meditation, chanting, or discussion. Kripalu yoga encourages self-compassion in a supportive environment, whether you choose to make the class gentle or challenging, through breathing, relaxing, feeling, watching, and allowing. Great for both beginners and experienced students - all are welcome to enjoy an evening of movement and inspiration.
For all
classes, wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing.
Changing areas, mats
and pillows are provided, but please bring a towel in
order to protect the mats. The studio has lovely wood floors and huge windows.

Cost per class is
$15, or buy a six-class card for $80.
