Monique Schubert is a student of life and yoga, a visual artist, and an eclectic educator. Her studies of yoga began in 1994 while she was an art student. In 2001 she completed teacher training at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Massachusetts.
Monique has additional training in Anusara yoga and focuses extensively on teaching the basic structural alignment of yoga poses.
