Michele Kern-Rappy. Seeking to
bring greater balance to her busy life as a wife, mom, and lawyer,
Michele began to practice yoga 12 years ago, earning teacher
certifications from both the Kripalu Center and Katonah Yoga Center , a
Taoist based practice in Westchester County . A few years ago Michele
traveled to India to study yoga with a master and deepen her practice.
Michele has volunteered teaching gentle yoga at the Supreme Court and at
Northern Westchester Hospital to breast cancer patients in Westchester
County .
