A 15-year Yoga practitioner and teacher, Jane leads
vibrant, breath-centered classes that respond to the needs of her
students, while encouraging personal discovery and exploration. In
addition to her Kripalu practice, Jane has also taught Power yoga,
gentle and beginner yoga, and has led meditation and breathing practice
experiences. ‘In my practice I like to focus on the slowing down - to
let the body-mind listen, feel and recognize the inspiration rising up
in us each moment. Kripalu yoga helps us to unfold the greatest story of
our lives – our own story!' Jane received her Kripalu Teacher
certification in 1997.
